• CDs priced at £6 are secondhand IN GUARANTEED CONDITION.
• Other cds priced to the nearest pound are NEW, but reduced in price, in MINT condition.
• CDs priced at £*.99 or £*.95 are BRAND NEW, ie. MINT.
• VINYL priced at £*.99 or £*.95 and 7" singles priced at £1/£1.50/£1.20 are BRAND NEW ie. MINT
• Other VINYL priced to the nearest pound is secondhand and condition is excellent or as described on the catalogue.

Goods may be ordered by credit card on-line through our secure server. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, JCB. For Switch cards the issue number is also required.

UK customers can pay by postal order or cheque made payable to G Duggins and mailed to the address above.  Don't forget to include postage as stated above.  If you need any assistance in calculating total cost including postage, please e-mail us.

Overseas customers can pay by money order made payable to G Duggins and mailed to the address above. Don't forget to include shipping charges as above. If you need any assistance in calculating the total charge including shipping, please e-mail us.
 

If you receive FAULTY goods or the WRONG goods, please inform us by phone or fax (+44  01744  454190) or e-mail us. with the details as soon as possible.  We will replace or refund defective items or items sent in error, but you need to obtain our permission first.  Once you have informed us, we will send you return instructions, and a refund will be made within 30 days .

If you wish to CANCEL the order for any other reason, you have the right to do so within 7 days of receiving the goods but you will have to pay the cost of returning them.  In that case, your money will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation.
